A single storey, rear extension constructed under the Prior Approval for a Larger Home Extension scheme.

The new extension replaced an existing single storey building and was constructed to provide a large, open plan, family room, with access to the rear garden.

Due to the large size of the extension, a flat, parapet roof, with frameless roof windows was designed. The extension also has a 4.5m wide glazed, sliding door.

The proposals also required some internal remodelling, including the removal of walls, addition of underfloor heating and the provision of a new Utility Room.
