A single storey, extension constructed under Permitted Development Rights. 

The extension was constructed to replace an existing conservatory, which was not being used by the owners of the house.

The new extension has a pitched, lean-to type roof with large, electric roof windows and a 6.5 metre wide, glazed sliding door. 

The project also included the remodelling of the interior of the house, including removing internal walls to create a large, open plan, modern family room and kitchen space.
