This is a development of 20 houses, consisting of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom properties, for a private developer.

The houses were built on a sloping, green field site with a protected ash tree at its centre.  The design combines traditional stone features with modern rendered details to produce houses that reflect the local character, in a contemporary fashion.

The 3 and 4 bedroom houses are split level, working with the natural contours of the site, and producing properties that are 2 storeys at the front and 3 storeys to the rear. 

The living accommodation of the houses is at ground and lower ground floor level, with open plan Kitchen/Dining spaces having access to the rear gardens via bi-fold doors.  The Lounges are situated at first floor level and have uninterrupted views over the valley, to the south.
